Payment methods

In our online shop, you can pay via direct bank transfer to an IBAN account, IBAN Wise Account, or cash on delivery (COD) for Croatia only. Choose the option that suits you best. We reserve the right to limit the choice of payment options based on our own risk assessments.

How to order

Ordering is carried out as follows:

1. Find your favourite products and add them to the cart.

2. When you are ready to pay, go to the cart, sign in to your account or proceed as a guest.

3. Fill out your name, address and telephone number.

4. Select the delivery method and choose the method of payment.

5. Click Pay. You will receive the email with the order confirmation and instructions to make the payment through IBAN. Please pay within 3 days. If the payment hasn’t been received in 3 days, your order will be cancelled.

6. Your order shall be processed. Within a couple of days, you will receive an email with confirmation that your package has been picked up by the courier mail company.

Direct payment to IBAN account – International payments and Croatia

Make a direct payment to an IBAN account to a local bank via Online banking or mobile banking, or to a Wise IBAN account. For the Wise account, we accept payments in EUR.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Croatia only

Selected products can be paid for with Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when you receive a product by the courier mail. This service is available for Croatia only. Delivery cost for choosing the option of Cash on Delivery (COD) is 7.25 Eur per delivery.

Delivery costs

1. Prices are excluded from the VAT as the sole proprietorship is outside the VAT system. Prices may vary when special forms of sales are carried out on Vallenssia-art.com Online Shop. The relevant price is indicated in the purchasing step of closing the order.

2. For delivery to the customer’s address:

a. CROATIA — 6.00 Eur. For orders of Blank Canvases and other products over 50.00 Eur, the delivery is free. For Original Paintings, the standard delivery is free.

b. SLOVENIA — 16.26 Eur. For orders of Blank Canvases and other products over 50.00 Eur, the delivery is free. For Original Paintings, the standard delivery is free.

3. If the order is cancelled, we do not refund delivery costs paid. You will find more information in these Terms and Conditions.
4. The package can be returned only if the product is undamaged and in the original package. The cost of returning the package is borne by the buyer. You can download the return form HERE. You must provide a copy of the invoice with the return form. If you do not have an account, please contact Vallenssia-art.com Customer service, which will provide you with a refund form. In case of a refund, it is necessary to submit the IBAN to which you want the refund to be made.

Delivery methods

Orders are delivered via courier delivery service MBE Rijeka by standard shipment and Cash on Delivery (COD) when you pay for your order upon receiving the package from the delivery company.

Delivery deadlines

For Croatia, the standard delivery period is 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday, except for holidays) and 5-6 working days for addresses outside Croatia.

Regarding the service provider’s coverage of the delivery area, delivery to certain locations may deviate from the usual specified deadline for isolated islands in Croatia. Islands in Croatia with the regular delivery deadlines are: Krk, Cres, Veli and Mali Lošinj, Rab, Pašman, Pag, Ugljan, Vir, Murter, Brač, Hvar, Vis, Korčula.
