Only these Terms and Conditions valid at the time of ordering apply to your orders in our Vallenssia-art.com online shop at Vallenssia-art.com. II. Your order – concluding a contract

1. Our offers are not binding. We reserve the right to make reasonable technical and other changes. Your order at www.Vallenssia-art.com represents an offer to us for concluding a sales contract.

2. Acceptance of the offer is done by sending a confirmation of acceptance of your offer to the e-mail address you provided.

3. Sales take place only in the usual quantities for the household and only to adults, ie persons over 18 years of age. By accepting the Terms, you acknowledge that you have entered accurate information about your age.

4. You can add all items marked as “available” to the cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. As soon as you decide to buy, click on the “Checkout” button in the cart to start the ordering process through one of two possible options:

a. You can make a purchase as a registered customer by opening your “My Account” to make your next orders easier. You can find additional information HERE and HERE. To open your “My Account”, you must provide your name, mailing address, email address and password, among other things. The password must be treated confidentially and must not be passed on to third parties.

b. You can also make a purchase as a guest customer by not registering.

5. To complete the order, click on the “Buy Now” button, “Continue Shopping”, “Go Shopping”, etc. This way you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. Before that, you can inspect the goods and change them in the basket. From this point on, it is not possible to change the order or data. 6. By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, “Continue shopping”, “Go shopping”, etc., you also accept these Terms and confirm that you are familiar with Privacy Policy as well as the right to unilateral termination of the contract referred to in Chapters IX.-XII. of these Terms.

7. After you have sent your order / offer, we will automatically notify you by e-mail that we have received your order / offer. Confirmation of receipt of the order / offer that Vallenssia-art.com automatically sends via e-mail does not constitute binding acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded when Vallenssia-art.com confirms the delivery of the goods to you by a separate e-mail and sends its Online shop Terms and Conditions valid at the time of purchase. You will receive this confirmation by e-mail within three working days when choosing delivery to the desired address. If you have not received an order confirmation or delivery / delivery notification within the above deadlines, you are no longer liable for the order, unless we inform you via www.Vallenssia-art.com that a delay due to the increased volume of orders is possible.

8. In the event that from the moment of receiving the order until the moment of sending the e-mail accepting the order, a product can no longer be delivered in the ordered quantity or is no longer available at all, Vallenssia-art.com will inform you of such a situation.

10. The main characteristics of the product, method of use and price refer to those that are valid at the time of concluding the order and will be indicated with each product, and the method of payment and delivery will be listed on www.Vallenssia-art.com. are those that are valid at the time of concluding the order.

11. All information on the purchase confirmation based on the order in the Vallenssia-art.com online shop will be delivered to the e-mail address provided by the customer in the order process or in the shopping cart when entering data when concluding the order.

All prices are expressed in dual currency, in Croatian kuna (HRK) and in Euro (EUR). The trade does not operate in the VAT system, so all prices for goods are exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 90, paragraph 2 of the VAT Act.

12. The seller may, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, specify special conditions of sale or special forms of sale, which will be clearly indicated at www.Vallenssia-art.com.

13. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation notification, there is a possibility that he entered his e-mail address incorrectly. In this case, we ask the customer to contact us via e-mail / phone / Contact Form, which you can find HERE our Vallenssia-art.com customer service to check whether the order has been received. III. Minimum order value

1. When ordering at www.Vallenssia-art.com there is no minimum order value or maximum order value.

2. For technical reasons, Vallenssia-art.com reserves the right to limit the purchase quantity of certain products. In the event that the ordered quantity of the product is not available at the time of dispatch of the ordered shipment, Vallenssia-art.com will notify the customer.

 

IV. Delivery, availability of goods

1. Delivery is made on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the countries of EU. The list of available delivery is regularly updated and new countries will be added outside the EU. If you can’t find your country please contact us HERE so we can provide you with the exact delivery costs.

If you provide a third-party address, you must first obtain the consent of the third party to forward the data to the Vallenssia-art online shop.

a. The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when you buy the product, depending on the type of product and the country of delivery, and you are issued an invoice with the price of the purchased products and the delivery price.

b. The cost of delivery will be shown in the cart with the price of the product. Free delivery for cart value is possible as follows:

– delivery for Original art paintings: it is free for Croatia and the listed countries outside Croatia

2. We provide the following types of delivery:

a. Standard delivery to the end customer via courier post MBE Rijeka.

For all orders, you are obliged to bear the delivery costs of which we inform you below. For more information, see these Terms under point V. Price and delivery costs.

3. The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) for Croatia, and 5-6 working days for addresses outside Croatia.

Due to the coverage of the delivery area by the service provider, delivery to certain locations – in accordance with the provisions of the delivery service provider – is not possible, so please contact us about delivery to islands and certain parts of Croatia and the world not listed in the web shop HERE.

The delivery deadline starts at the time of delivery of your order to the delivery service, ie at the time of concluding the contract.

The delivery deadline expires at the end of the last day of the specified delivery deadline. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the last day of the delivery period becomes the next working day. In case of delayed delivery, we will notify you without delay.

4. If due to the fault of Vallenssia-art suppliers or delivery who do not fulfill their contractual obligations we cannot deliver the ordered goods, Vallenssia-art.com has the right to cancel the sale to the buyer.

5. In the event of a change in the delivery time or any other important circumstances for the execution of the order, the customer will be notified immediately by our Vallenssia-art.com customer service by e-mail or telephone.

6. Vallenssia-art.com is entitled to partial delivery to the address specified in the order. Additional delivery costs are borne by Vallenssia-art.

7. The risk of loss or damage to the delivered items will not be transferred to you until the delivery person delivers the goods to you or the third party you have specified. If Vallenssia-art.com has unfulfilled partial services or unfulfilled partial services are not possible, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in respect of undelivered goods. Payments already made in favour of the Vallenssia-art shop in this case must be reimbursed proportionately.

V. Prices and delivery costs

1. Not all prices show value-added tax because the trade is outside the VAT system. Prices may vary when special forms of sale are carried out at the Vallenssia-art.com online shop. The relevant price is stated at the time of concluding the order.

b. SLOVENIA — 16,26 Eur (122,53 HRK) for Blank canvases and Prints on Canvas. For orders over 400,00 Eur (3.013,80 HRK) standard delivery is FREE.

3. If the order is cancelled, we do not refund delivery costs paid. You will find more information in these Terms and Conditions from point X. Termination of the contract onwards.

4. The cost of returning the package is borne by the buyer if the goods are not defective. You can download the return form HERE. You must provide a copy of the invoice with the return form. If you do not have an account, please contact Vallenssia-art.com customer service who will provide you with a refund form. In case of a refund, it is necessary to submit the IBAN to which you want the refund to be made.

VI. Methods of payment and delivery of invoices

1. Vallenssia-art.com offers the following payment methods:

  • Direct payment / online payment / bank account payment (International and Croatia)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for Croatia only
  • PayPal Payments (International and Croatia)

With each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain types of payments and to refer to other types of payments.

2. Cash on delivery – payment of the price of the product and delivery costs in cash to the courier (if delivery is charged) when picking up the shipment.

3. Furthermore, we are entitled to the necessary costs of appropriate out-of-court collection measures in a reasonable amount. If an order is issued to a collection agency or a lawyer, the costs will be calculated in accordance with the applicable tariffs. If it is necessary to check the address, it is necessary to reimburse the resulting costs.

4. The delivered goods remain the property of the Vallenssia-art shop until full payment.

5. The buyer is obliged, under the threat of losing the right to a subsequent complaint, to check the delivered shipment with the issued invoice and in case of disagreement, they immediately state it to the delivery. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

6. An electronic invoice / electronic approval and a paper invoice shall be issued.

7. The invoice is sent by e-mail and can be sent with the shipment.

VII. Guarantees and intellectual rights

1. All goods that in accordance with the regulations must be equipped with supporting documents and warranties will be delivered to the buyer with the accompanying documents and warranty.

2. Warranty, technical instructions, assembly instructions and instructions for use are attached to the product, and the customer in terms of Article 42. paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act in a clear and understandable manner informed in advance about the data related to the product as well as the existence of services offered after the sale.

3. In case of need for service/repair, please contact us at support@vallenssia-art.com and provide a photo and a copy of the invoice for the goods for which you are requesting repair.

5. Vallenssia-art.com does not guarantee that the photos of the product fully correspond to the appearance of the product itself. We are not responsible for possible unintentional errors in the product description. Although all descriptions are checked regularly and in detail, differences between the actual product and the product photo and the product described on this site are possible if any of the product features or contents change.

6. Although all product information is listed on the product page and although we have taken all reasonable measures and made every effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all information, always read the product notice or instructions for use before use or consumption as there is a possibility of differences in the above data due to frequent changes. The above is published only for the needs of the Vallenssia-art shop and it is not allowed to reproduce the above in any way without the prior written consent of the Vallenssia-art shop.

The Site contains materials and products protected by copyright, registered trademark, and/or protected design and other information covered by other rights, including, but not limited to, text, software, photographs, videos, graphics, music, sound, as well as the entire content of the site, therefore it is expressly prohibited without any special permission to copy, distribute, transmit, publish, link, deeply link or otherwise modify the content of the website, and redistribute, retransmit, publish or commercially use downloaded material without the explicit written approval of the Vallenssia-art shop or copyright holder.

8. The user agrees not to hold Vallenssia-art.com liable and to waive all claims for damages and costs, including legal costs, which may arise from the use of this site by the user.

9. Vallenssia-art.com is released from any liability for damage that may occur to devices that allow access to the Vallenssia-art.com online shop and data stored on the same devices when using the site if it is caused by illegal actions of third parties, computer viruses etc. and other cases for which the Vallenssia-art shop is not responsible. Also, Vallenssia-art.com is released from any liability in the event of circumstances that prevent the use of Vallenssia-art.com online shop or online sales.

When purchasing any product that is subject to copyright or intellectual property rights, Vallenssia-art.com does not grant any additional rights of use and publication, except as expressly granted or licensed by the manufacturer/distributor of the product. Handmade products, art paintings, print art paintings on canvas, and handmade stretched canvases made by Vallenssia-art shop are protected by copyright and these rights are not transferable to other persons.

Intellectual rights of any artwork remain indefinitely the right of Snjezana Blagsic – Vallenssia. You may not copy, distribute, or publish any artwork or any part of it without the prior written consent of Snjezana Blagsic-Vallenssia.

Vallenssia-art is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on our Site and in the material published on it. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, video material and all types of artworks. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

All texts and images are copyright of Vallenssia-art unless otherwise stated.

11. When Vallenssia-art.com provides appropriate links to other sites of other persons, they are not owned by Vallenssia-art shop and these Terms in the case of use of these sites do not apply to Vallenssia-art.com and the user/customer. Vallenssia-art.com does not control or assume any responsibility for any of these websites or their content. Visiting these sites is entirely at the user’s / customer’s own risk and Vallenssia-art.com assumes no responsibility.

VIII. Responsibility

1. The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged by the usual handling in transport / delivery.

2. In cases where the customer is delivered a product different from the one he ordered, he is entitled to delivery of the ordered product, and if this is not possible, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price paid for the product when subject to return whole order. We do not refund a delivery cost.

3. In case of return of one of the products purchased by the buyer, and the product was part of a special form of sale (e.g. 1 + 1 gratis), the buyer does not get back the full price of the product, but the price less the discount, i.e. the amount without special form of sale.

4. Vallenssia-art.com allows users/customers to use all services on the site only for personal needs, for non-commercial purposes. Changing the content of the site in any of its forms is prohibited as well as copying, public performance, etc. The use of the content of the site on other websites is prohibited.

5. Vallenssia-art.com is responsible for material defects of goods in accordance with the Law on Obligations, in case of complaints given within the legal deadlines.

6. In the event of a dispute between Vallenssia-art shop and the customer, the customer will seek out-of-court settlement of the dispute in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Vallenssia-art.com will accept the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer has not affected the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods.

IX. The right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement

Only customers who are consumers have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. You can find the Unilateral termination of the Contract form.

X. Unilateral termination

1. In order for the buyer to be able to exercise the unilateral termination of the Contract, he must inform Vallenssia-art.com of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract before the expiration of the term by an unequivocal statement sent by mail (to IDIZAJN vl. Snježana Blagšić, Blažićevo C 19, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia) or by e-mail to support@vallenssia-art.com, stating your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address, IBAN to which he wishes to be executed refund.

2. The form for unilateral termination of the Agreement can be filled in and sent electronically by the user / buyer, in which case Vallenssia-art.com will send him an acknowledgment of receipt of the notification of unilateral termination of the Agreement by e-mail without delay.

3. The deadline for unilateral termination of the Contract is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, other than the carrier, the goods subject to the Contract are handed over, or in case of service, from the conclusion of the Contract.

4. Unfortunately, items on sale or discount cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

a. If you want to cancel your order after concluding the order and before delivery of the goods, please note the following:

1. This form of order cancellation is only possible if you want to cancel the entire order. Individual order items cannot be supplemented or cancelled.

2. In the case of ordering goods according to customer specifications, i.e. when the customer requested handmade goods according to Vallenssia-art shop with a request for a certain dimension, size, colours, type of material, technique and the like as for example when ordering art paintings on canvas with a given motif or, for example, making a taut canvas on a frame in the dimensions desired by the customer, cancellation of the order is not possible, nor a refund of the money paid because such artwork cannot be used for resale.

3. Kindly requested to contact Vallenssia-art.com customer service to cancel the entire order before delivery of the goods via the contact form. Due to the automated processing of the order, the possibility of cancelling the order exists only until a certain moment until the goods are delivered to the delivery service. If your order can no longer be cancelled, you still have the option to unilaterally terminate the contract after delivery, except for the ordered goods according to customer specifications in terms of size, size, colour, type of material, technique, etc., drop e.g. when ordering for making an artistic painting on canvas with a given motif or, for example, making a stretched canvas on a frame in dimensions according to the customer’s wishes, cancellation of the order is not possible, nor refund because such artwork cannot be used for resale.

You will receive an order cancellation confirmation email upon successful cancellation requests. In the event that your order can no longer be cancelled, you still have the option of unilaterally terminating the contract after delivery of the goods.

b. If you wish to cancel your order after delivery of the goods, please note the following:

1. Consumers have the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

2. In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods, the period begins on the day of delivery of the goods to you or a third party designated by you. In the case of delivery of several shipments, the deadline starts with the receipt of the last shipment. A statement on the unilateral termination of the contract is given in a timely manner if it is sent within the specified deadline.

3. In the event that we do not fulfil our information obligations in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the right to unilateral termination is extended to 12 months in relation to the above in the first paragraph. However, if we fulfil our obligations to inform within the specified period of 12 months, by submitting information from us, the right to unilateral termination of the contract expires after (fourteen) 14 days from the receipt of the consumer’s notice.

4. In the case of ordering goods according to customer specifications, i.e. when the customer requested handmade goods according to Vallenssia-art shop with a request for a certain dimension, size, colours, type of material, technique and the like as for example when ordering art paintings on canvas with a given motif or, for example, making a taut canvas on a frame in the dimensions desired by the customer, cancellation of the order is not possible, nor a refund of the money paid because such artwork cannot be used for resale.

5. We do not refund original delivery costs and you will have to cover the cost of return delivery.

6. When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a tracking delivery method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us.

7. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item, we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.

XI. Consequences of unilateral termination

1. If the customer unilaterally terminates the Agreement, he will be refunded the funds received from him, without delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days when Vallenssia-art.com at Vallenssia-art.com receives the user’s decision on unilateral termination of the Agreement. The refund will be made to the IBAN specified by the user in the form for unilateral termination of the Agreement. Vallenssia-art.com can only refund goods delivered to the customer after the goods have been returned to him together with all documentation and invoice. If the goods have been delivered to the customer but he decides to unilaterally terminate the Agreement the reimbursement of delivery costs is not possible.

2. The buyer is obliged to send the goods to the address IDIZAJN vl. Snježana Blagšić, Blažićevo C 19, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day when he sent his decision on the unilateral termination of the Contract to Vallenssia-art shop. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

3. The buyer is asked to call +385913290001 or call support@vallenssia-art.com before terminating the contract to explain the return procedure. The received amount of the purchase price will be returned to the buyer to the account from which the payment was made to the account submitted in writing by Vallenssia-art shop.

4. The buyer shall be liable for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

5. The buyer is obliged to submit the accompanying documentation, return of eventual defect, a photograph of the goods and the submitted guarantee certificate that were attached to it, otherwise Vallenssia-art.com is not obliged to refund the price paid.

6. If, at the request of the user, the performance of the service started during the unilateral termination period, the customer is obliged to pay Vallenssia-art shop an amount proportional to what was delivered until the user notified Vallenssia-art.com of unilateral termination.

XII. Exclusion of the right to unilateral termination of the contract

The buyer is not entitled to unilateral termination of the contract if:

  • the service is fully fulfilled, and the fulfilment began with the explicit prior consent of the buyer and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilateral termination of the Contract if the service is fully fulfilled
  • is the subject of a Contract of goods which, by reason of their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery or the goods have been used,
  • has entered into a contract for the delivery of goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are obviously tailored to the customer’s personal needs. In the case of ordering goods according to customer specifications, i.e. when the customer requested handmade goods according to Vallenssia-art shop with a request for a certain dimension, size, colours, type of material, technique and the like as for example when ordering art paintings on canvas with a given motif or, for example, making a taut canvas on a frame in the dimensions desired by the customer, cancellation of the order is not possible, nor a refund of the money paid because such artwork cannot be used for resale.
  • the goods due to their nature are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly
  • the goods have expired
  • it is a purchase referred to in Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, and in accordance with Article 79, item 4 and item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.

XIII. Product evaluation

On our site you have the opportunity to evaluate the displayed products. You can do this regardless of whether you bought the product through the Vallenssia-art.com online shop or perhaps you came into possession of the product in some other way. The customer must register at Vallenssia-art.com online. After you have purchased the product through the Vallenssia-art.com online shop, you will receive an e-mail in which we will ask you to rate the products that you can make via the link in the e-mail. Vallenssia-art shop reserves the right to terminate the product rating option at any time.

XIV. Complaints / dispute resolution

We will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However occasionally damages do occur during transit, so in this case please contact us by email at support@vallenssia-art.com, within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. At this point we will offer you a refund or exchange and agree a cost of return postage.

Similarly, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

1. In accordance with Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, complaints related to product defects (with the indicated invoice number and attached photo of the product and a description of the defects) can be submitted to Vallenssia-art.com or to the address IDIZAJN vl. Snježana Blagšić, Blažićevo C 19, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia.

2. In case of justified and timely complaint, the Buyer has the right to repair the purchased product, replace the product, proportionally reduce the price or may declare that he terminates the contract.

In each of these cases, the buyer is also entitled to repair the damage according to the general rules on liability for damage, including damage suffered due to lack of product on other of his property.

The buyer is entitled to a price reduction only when the defect has not been remedied, if Vallenssia-art.com has refused to rectify the defect (except for exemptions under the Civil Obligations Act when Vallenssia-art.com is authorized to refuse to rectify defects), if the defect exists to rectify the defect, if the defect has not been remedied within a reasonable time or if the defect is such as to justify an immediate reduction in price or termination of the contract.

Vallenssia-art.com is entitled to refuse to remove the defect if repair and replacement are impossible or would cause disproportionate costs, taking into account all circumstances, and in particular the value of the defective product, the significance of the defect and the question of whether repair or replacement can be performed without significant inconvenience to the customer.

The buyer is authorized to terminate the contract if Vallenssia-art.com does not fulfil the consumer contract within a reasonable time.

If the defect is insignificant, the buyer has no right to terminate the contract, but he has other rights from liability for material defects, including the right to repair the damage.

If the customer terminates the sales contract due to material defects of the product, the customer returns the product to the Vallenssia-art shop at the expense of the Vallenssia-art shop.

Vallenssia-art.com reimburses the customer for the price paid for the product after receiving the product from the customer.

The provisions of the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act apply in full to the rights and obligations of the customer regarding material defects.

3. In case of damage and / or defect of the delivered goods, the buyer should send a photograph of the said complaint in order to accept it on the basis of physical evidence.

4. The authorized person of Vallenssia-art shop collects the complained damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at the expense of Vallenssia-art shop, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer did not affect the defect, damage or any defect. In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new product or eliminating the defect is borne entirely by the Vallenssia-art shop.

5. In case of dispute over the justification of the complaint and / or the manner in which the product was returned (the product must be unused, in unaltered quantity and in the original packaging, with the original invoice and warranty, if any, and sent a photo of the defect) to an expert witness or a professional legal entity.

6. If the complaint and the consequent expertise occurred before the expiration of one year from the date of delivery of the product to the customer, the cost of the expertise, regardless of the outcome, is borne by Vallenssia-art.com in full. In case the expertise determines the justification of the complaint, all costs of replacement and expertise of the product are borne by Vallenssia-art shop, and in case of unjustified complaint sent after one year from the date of delivery to the customer, the cost of expertise on the same complaint will be borne by the customer.

7. In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new product shall be borne entirely by the Vallenssia-art shop. When repairing or replacing, the customer is obliged to make the item available to Vallenssia-art shop, and Vallenssia-art.com is obliged to take it over and bear the costs of collection.

8. By special regulations of the European Union, from 15 February 2016, disputes related to online shopping can be resolved through a platform that you can access here.

9. The European Commission provides a platform for out-of -court dispute resolution, ie it enables consumers from EU countries to resolve disputes related to their online orders without the involvement of courts. The Dispute Resolution Platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Vallenssia-art.com will not send newsletters, electronic newsletters, etc. to the customer unless the customer has explicitly agreed to do so.

XV. Other notes

1. Vallenssia-art.com reserves the right not to deliver orders if there is a suspicion of misuse and may also terminate the business relationship with any of its users at any time. Vallenssia-art.com reserves the right to immediately terminate any user passwords or user accounts in the event of any user behaviour that Vallenssia-art.com deems unacceptable in its sole discretion, as well as in any case of non-compliance with these Terms.

2. Vallenssia-art.com reserves the right to change, limit or discontinue the Vallenssia-art.com online shop at any time without prior notice, including in part, or may completely restrict access as well as the provision of certain services or the sale of the ordered quantity an item or an individual item in general to users who violate the provisions of these Terms.

Croatian law applies to the contractual relationship created by purchasing through the Vallenssia-art.com online shop and all disputes arising from the contractual relationship are subject to Croatian courts, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the rules governing applicable law. The language of the contract is Croatian.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the day of publication on www.Vallenssia-art.com and are amended in accordance with the rules under which they were adopted.
