Kako mogu vratiti narudžbu?

Naravno, proizvode koje ne želite zadržati možete vratiti u roku od 14 dana. Troškove slanja pošiljke za povrat proizvoda snosi kupac.

If the goods have been delivered to the customer’s address stated in the order and customer subsequently decided to terminate the Agreement then the delivery cost cannot be refunded.

The paid amount of the returned product will be refunded to you.

How to make a return:

1. Use the Contract Withdrawal Button below for the order you want to return.

2. Specify the reason for the return of the product/order in question.

3. Contact our customer service at support@vallenssia-art.com to arrange a return of the product.

4. Zapakirajte originalni, nekorišteni, neoštećen proizvod na bilo koji način product together with any supporting documents or any other items you have received bundled with the product into a tightly closed originalnu shipping box and send it to our address IDIZAJN vl. Snježana Blagšić, Blažićevo C 19/A, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia.

The customer bears the expense of returning the product.

After the package is returned, it will be carefully examined to determine whether there is any damage. Only in the case of a completely undamaged and unused product the price of the returned item will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Exclusion of the right to unilateral termination of the contract

When a customer has entered into a contract for the delivery of goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or the product is obviously tailored to the customer’s personal needs, the return of the product and a refund are not possible. In the case of ordering goods according to customer specifications, i.e. when the customer requested handmade goods according to Vallenssia-art shop with a request for a certain dimension, size, colours, type of material, technique and the like, for example, when commissioning art paintings on canvas with a given motif or, for example, making a stretched blank canvas on a frame in the dimensions desired by the customer, cancellation of the order is not possible, nor a refund of the money paid because such artwork cannot be used for resale.

Items on sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Please do not write or stick anything to the original packaging, because such packaging shall not be accepted for a return/replacement or a refund.
