Description

In this artwork, Vallenssia wanted to present the versatility of acrylic paint.

Distance Original Painting is an abstract and semi-abstract landscape painting that captures a sea bay with distant islands and parts of the land. The sky is vivid and the sunlight is very bright. One is overlooking the sea bay from the high hill.

Vallenssia used thick and heavy layers of paint and vivid colours. Using different varieties of artistic spatulas she created visible thick strokes of layers of paint and added a grainy texture that made the painting more present. The painting distance draws your attention to the far distance. Looking from the front focus, through the bushes, the eye is drawn to the far distance where the sun has lit the sea surface.

MAINTENANCE
Dust regularly. Do not put heavy or any items on the painting. Keep away from direct sunlight. Do not clean with any kind of chemicals or cleaning agents, use a soft and dry cloth only. If stored, keep it on the levelled surface with the front side down, wrapped in non-acid paper.

SHIPPING:
Due to the obligatory issuance of the Ministry of Culture Certificate of Authenticity if you live outside Croatia your painting will be shipped 3 to 5 days after the purchase. Other items not requiring the Ministry of Culture Certificate of Authenticity will be shipped within 2-3 days.
