Vallenssia - Featured Artist in the new issue of ArtAscent Magazine called Lost!

ArtAscent is an Art Magazine based in Canada.

I’m Bronze Featured Artist in the new issue of ArtAscent Magazine called Lost!

It left me speechless…

I painted and drawn all my life primarily to satisfy my own curiosity. I explored all kinds of different ideas and techniques just to see if I could do it? Haven’t really given a thought if anyone else might like it… I just enjoyed in the every single process while doing it.

As life has it’s own plan and there is no such thing as a coincidence, after 20 years of holding my brushes in the storage they found their way and exploded a year ago. Can you imagine all those ideas kept in the back of my mind suddenly released?

Well, it’s an honour and privilege to be part of any art magazine, event or exhibition, however last week I received an email about publishing my artworks in an art magazine ArtAscent, and it left me speechless…

The esteemed Ms Alexis Culotta, PhD in Art History, an expert in Italian Renaissance and Baroque art and architecture, and the work of Raphael reviewed my artworks and compared it to the Old Masters, and the exact ones I admired all my life, DaVinci, Dali, Michelangelo. She said:

Everyone knows how many artists are out there and some of them are out of this world, but when an experienced Professor and Doctor of Arts writes an article like this – it’s really making you wonder is is related to me :)?

Well, I guess it is! It has my name on it!
